Supervision becomes proactive rather than complaint-driven, and the management body becomes personally accountable for approving the risk measures. Approving. Not noting.
There is a version of the minutes that says the board noted the cyber report, and there is a version that says the board approved it. Only one of those is a defence.
The practical step
Read last quarter's minutes. If the verb is wrong, fix the verb before October, and make sure the thing the verb attaches to actually exists.
